This week I had the great opportunity to drive down and spend about 5 days with my adorable nephew's for their first birthday! It was so much fun! My parents and i left on Thursday morning for our 13 hour drive ahead of us. I love driving, but i hate being the passenger as most do. So while i was the passenger i tended to take some photo's! Especially when we stopped at a few places along the way!! Here are a few. This would be lake mead! You will notice that i really like my surroundings! This one is of the Hoover Dam Bridge that is being built right now. It is pretty sweet if you think about it, soon you won't have to drive down around the dam if you don't have to, you can just go right over the top of it! This is the Hoover Dam!
Oh man, I love photography!!!For all of you movie fans out there what movie does this remind you of??
I'll tell you what it reminds me of!!
TRANSFORMERS BABY!!!I'm guessing that this is where the water used to flow to the other side when the water used to be really high?? idk? These are a few of my favorite pictures! :)We took a Brief stop in Vegas for dinner and went to a casino for food. It surprisingly wasn't too bad of food! But it wasn't that casino pictured above, that was just a sign on the side of the road! lol This reminded me of the Disney movie CARS! So for all of you that have seen it... You know its the highway that separated life from route 66 that went through Radiator Springs! lol I started singing the songs from the movie to my mom as I drove while she just sat back and laughed hysterically at me! :)
Finally arriving the final destination...
We arrived in Surprise, AZ at my soon to be house at about 10 at night and we were so exhausted from the trip. The rest of the trip was spent at my sisters house for the majority of the time where i played with my boys! I love them! This is Derek&This is Riley!
Aren't they cute??
I sure think so!
